摘  要:依据GB 5009.15-2014,微波消解法处理陕北小米样品,采用浸泡和加热2种预消解方法,利用普析TAS-990型原子吸收分光光度计,对陕北小米中的微量镉进行测定。通过优化样品前处理和测定的条件,标准曲线的最佳线性范围0~3.0 ng/mL,线性相关系数r=0.9996,相对标准偏差(RSD%)<6.2%,仪器的检出限为0.0384 ng/mL,方法检出限为0.1128 ng/mL,回收率分别为80.8%~102.4%和76.4%~95.6%之间。According to national standard GB 5009.15-2014,the millet samples were treated by microwave digestion method,and two pre-digestion methods,soaking and heating were used,the contents of Cd in millet were determined by TAS-990.The condition of microwave digestion and analytical condition were optimized by orthogonal designing.The linear range of response was in the range from 0 to 3.0 ng/mL correlative coefficient of linear regression equation was 0.9996,the instrument detection limit was found to be 0.0384 ng/mL,and the detection limit of this method were found to be 0.1128 ng/mL,RSD found was<6.2%.The recoveries were in the range from 80.8%to 102.4%and 76.4%to 95.6%,respectively.
