摘  要:教师是教育事业的参与者和建设者,是教书育人的“人类灵魂工程师”,合理的教师团队结构是推动学科发展的重要条件。笔者围绕普通高校的教师团队建设,全面考虑了构建教师团队的成员数量、年龄结构、性别结构、职称结构、专业背景、师生比例、兼职教授队伍建设,专任教师团队业务水平的提高措施以及学科带头人发挥的重要作用,并以沈阳药科大学食品质量与安全专业学科教师团队的建设为实例,阐明了实现教师团队学缘结构的科学建设的具体实施方案,以期为普通高校教师团队学缘结构的科学建设和发展提供参考和借鉴。Teachers are the participants and builders of education,and the“human soul engineers”.A reasonable team structure is an important condition for advancing the development of disciplines.Focusing on the construction of teacher teams in ordinary colleges and universities,this paper comprehensively considers factors such as the number of members,age structure,gender structure,professional title structure,professional background,teacher-student ratio,part-time professor team construction,measures to improve the professional level of full-time teacher team and the important role of discipline leaders.Taking the construction of the Food Quality and Safety discipline teacher team in Shenyang Pharmaceutical University as an example,the paper elucidates specific implementation plans for achieving a scientifically constructed teacher team structure.It aims to provide reference for the scientific construction and development of discipline teacher teams in higher education.
