摘　　要：国家通用语言文字的推广普及,是实施乡村振兴战略的有力举措。喀什市乡村推广国家通用语言文字助力乡村振兴取得明显成效,同时也存在工学矛盾突出、国家通用语言水平低者“存量大”、国家通用语言培训与职业就业融合度不高、教学资源缺乏、师资队伍建设不足等问题。为进一步加大推广普及国家通用语言文字力度,建立长效稳定的推普助力乡村振兴机制,应针对急需改进的地方,精准发力,建立“集中培训、分散自学、工学结合、家校联动”的教学体系;构建政府主导、语委统筹、多方参与的工作机制;推行长期培训与短期专项培训相结合、普通话培训与职业技能培训相结合的模式;丰富教学资源和学习平台,激励自主灵活学习投入更多;加强农牧民夜校师资建设,夯实乡村振兴的人才支撑。以此推动喀什市乡村国家通用语言文字高质量推广普及,助力乡村全面振兴。The promotion and popularization of the national common spoken and written language is a powerful measure to implement the rural revitalization strategy.The promotion of the national common language in rural areas of Kashi city has achieved remarkable results in helping rural revitalization.At the same time,there are also a host of problems,such as the prominent conflict between working and learning,a“large stock”of people at low levels of the national common language,a low integration of the national common language training and vocational employment,a lack of teaching resources and weak teachers.In order to further increase the promotion and popularization of this language and establish a long-term and stable mechanism to promote rural revitalization,more attention should be paid on areas that urgently need improvement and precise efforts should be made to establish a teaching system—“centralized training,decentralized selfstudy,work-study integration,and home-school linkage”.We should build a working mechanism led by the government,coordinated by the language committee,and multi-party participation.A model that combines long-term training with short-term special training,and Mandarin training with vocational skills training should be promoted.Teaching resources and learning platforms should be enriched to encourage more independent and flexible learning.We are supposed to strengthen the construction of teachers in night schools for farmers and herdsmen,and consolidate talent support for rural revitalization.So,we can accelerate the highquality promotion and popularization of the language in rural areas of Kashi City and help the overall revitalization of the countryside.
