摘 要:射流管力反馈两级电液伺服阀常用数学模型为单输入单输出的三阶或二阶简化传递函数模型,其无法描述伺服阀各状态参数的变化且不便于采用现代控制理论的方法进行研究。基于现代控制理论,以衔铁角位移、射流喷嘴位移、射流管阀输出压力、滑阀的阀芯位移为输出,建立了射流管力反馈两级电液伺服阀五阶状态空间模型,不同于传统简化模型,此模型包含了滑阀的黏性阻力和液动力、油液压缩和泄漏、反馈杆弹簧力等多种因素的影响。通过仿真,给出了某型号射流管力反馈两级电液伺服阀的衔铁角位移、射流喷嘴位移、射流管阀输出压力和滑阀阀芯位移的阶跃响应曲线和频率响应曲线,结果显示所建高阶状态空间模型误差较小。The transfer function model of the jet-pipe two-stage electrohydraulic servovalve with mechanical feedback is a single input single output third-order or second-order simplified model,which can not describe the parameters state of the servovalve and is not convenient to study by using the method of modern control theory.Modern control theory is adopted and the armature angular displacement,the jet nozzle displacement,the jet-pipe valve output pressure and the spool displacement are taken as the output values,a five order state space model of jet-pipe Mechanical feedback two-stage electrohydraulic servovalve is established.This model includes the effects of many factors such as the viscous resistance and the hydrodynamic force of spool valve,the oil compression and the leakage,feedback spring force and so on.Through simulation,the step response curves of armature angular displacement,jet nozzle displacement,jet-pipe valve output pressure and spool displacement of a certain type of jet-pipe two-stage electrohydraulic servovalve with mechanical feedback are given.The comparison of frequency response between simulation and actual values shows that the high-order state space model is accurate.
