摘  要:目的:随着地铁隧道运营年限的增加,盾构隧道衬砌管片接缝处发生突变,导致错台及接缝处张开,是竣工隧道主要的隧道病害。应采用新的计算手段对地铁盾构隧道管片的错台量与接缝张开量进行检测与分析。方法:在阐述管片错台与管片接缝张开机理的基础上,分别介绍了管片环内发生错台、管片环间发生错台两种工况下错台量及接缝张开量的计算原理。以我国某城市地铁新机场线某盾构区间为工程应用案例,采用三维激光扫描仪获取了盾构隧道的点云数据,对点云数据进行了抽稀处理。选取了4个参数用以评估盾构隧道横断面数据提取的效果,得到云数据抽稀距离与这4个参数的关系。采用点云数据对隧道断面椭圆度进行分析,并得到了两种工况下错台量及接缝张开量的计算结果。结果及结论:利用三维激光扫描仪进行隧道断面点云数据的提取时,建议将获取隧道点云数据的抽稀距离设为0.025 m。基于三维激光扫描技术及点云数据检测盾构隧道衬砌管片环间及环内的错台量与接缝张开量,是检测隧道管片是否发生影响地铁运营安全的病害的快速、有效的方法。Objective:With the increasing operation period of subway tunnels,sudden changes occurred in the joints of shield tunnel lining segments lead to step dislocation and joint opening,which are currently the main tunnel disease during the completion period.New calculation methods should be adopted to detect and analyze the value of misalignment and joint opening of the subway shield tunnel segment.Method:Based on the explanation of the mechanism of segment misalignment and joint opening,the calculation principles in two work conditions:internal misalignment of segment rings and misalignment between segment rings are introduced respectively.Taking a shield tunneling section on the new airport line in a Chinese city as an engineering application case,the point cloud data obtained by a 3D laser scanner is thinned and sampled.Four parameters are selected to evaluate the effectiveness of the tunnel cross-section data extraction,and the relationship between the cloud data thinning distance and these four parameters is obtained.The ellipticity of the tunnel section is analyzed using point cloud data,and the calculation results of misalignment and joint opening in two work conditions are obtained.Result&Conclusion:When using a 3D laser scanner to extract point cloud data from tunnel cross sections,it is recommended to set the thinning distance for obtaining tunnel point cloud data to 0.025 m.Based on 3D laser scanning technology and point cloud data analysis,detecting the stagger and opening of the lining segments between and within shield tunnel rings is a fast and effective method for identifying defects that may affect the safety of subway operations.
