自拟培元解毒通络汤联合常规西药治疗肝癌TACE术后综合征的效果

摘　　要：目的观察自拟培元解毒通络汤联合常规西药治疗肝癌经导管动脉化疗栓塞(TACE)术后综合征的效果。方法选取2020年2~10月92例肝癌TACE术后综合征患者作为此次研究对象,采取随机、双盲、平行对照的原则将患者分为常规组和研究组,每组46例。常规组采用常规西药治疗,研究组采用自拟培元解毒通络汤联合常规西医治疗,比较2组临床疗效、治疗前后安德森症状评估表(MDASI)评分以及肿瘤生活质量表中文版(QLQ-C30)评分。结果治疗后,研究组临床总有效率(93.48%)高于常规组(73.91%)(P<0.05);研究组MDASI评分低于常规组(P<0.05);且研究组的功能领域、总体健康状况评分均高于常规组,其症状领域、单测项目评分均低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论在肝癌TACE术后综合征中采用自拟培元解毒通络汤联合常规西药治疗,能有效提高临床疗效,减轻患者术后综合征症状,提高其生活质量。Objective To observe the effect of the self-designed Peiyuan Jiedu Tongluo Decoction combined with conventional Western medicine on postoperative syndrome of liver cancer patients treated with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE).Methods A total of 92 TACE-treated liver cancer patients with postoperative syndrome treated in our hospital from February 2020 to October 2020 were recruited.They were randomly divided into the conventional group and the study group according to the principles of randomization,double-blind and parallel control,with 46 cases in each group.The conventional Western medicine was applied to all patients,and those in the study group were additionally given self-designed Peiyuan Jiedu Tongluo Decoction.The clinical efficacy,the M.D.Anderson Symptom Inventory(MDASI)score and the EORTC Core Quality of Life Questionnaire(QLQ-C30)scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate was significantly higher in the study group than that of the conventional group(93.48%vs 73.91%,P<0.05).Meanwhile,the MDASI score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The scores of functional domains and overall health status in the study group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group,and those of symptom domains and single test items were significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-designed Peiyuan Jiedu Tongluo Decoction combined with conventional Western medicine effectively enhances the clinical efficacy on postoperative syndrome of TACE-treated liver cancer patients,which significantly alleviates clinical symptoms and enhances the quality of life.
