摘  要:泵控差动缸直驱技术是电液系统的主要发展趋势之一,其具有无节流损失、节能、成本低、可靠性高等优势,但存在流量不平衡、低速平稳性差、控制模式单一等问题。针对以上问题,提出了一种并联旁路阀的泵控差动缸电液控制系统,开展了泵阀协同控制策略研究。介绍了系统的结构,阐明了系统在多种模式下的工作原理;基于AMESim搭建了系统的仿真模型,建立了变速泵和旁路阀协同工作机制,根据调速曲线对泵和阀进行权重分配,以提高变速泵控直驱系统的低速稳定性。结果表明:通过泵阀协同控制,并联旁路阀的泵控差动缸系统能够在多种工作模式下工作,具有良好的工况适应性和低速稳定性,可实现液压缸的平稳快速启停和精确位置控制。Pump controlled differential cylinder direct drive is one of the main development trends of electrohydraulic system.It has the advantages of no throttling loss,energy saving,low cost and high reliability,but there are some problems,such as unbalanced flow,poor low-speed stability,single control mode and so on.To solve the above problems,an electro-hydraulic control system of pump controlled differential cylinder with parallel bypass valve is proposed,and the pump valve cooperative control strategy is studied.The structure of the system is introduced,and the working principle of the system under various modes is expounded,The simulation model of the system is built based on AMESim,the cooperative working mechanism of variable speed pump and bypass valve is established,and the weight of pump and valve is distributed according to the speed regulation curve,so as to improve the low-speed stability of variable speed pump controlled direct drive system.The results show that through the coordinated control of pump and valve,the pump controlled differential cylinder system with parallel bypass valve can work in a variety of working modes,has good working condition adaptability and low-speed stability,and can realize the stable,fast start and stop and accurate position control of hydraulic cylinder.
