摘 要:为实现矿用多参数智能巡检装置在煤矿复杂巷道内稳定工作,需研究电量自主监测与自充电技术。基于国能新疆屯宝煤矿智能化建设现状,本文采用STC 12LE系列芯片设计针对于锂电池电源的电量测量系统,在分析采集数据的基础上,利用电池剩余电量系数实现在线估计电池使用时间。当电源出现亏电时,利用蚁群算法规划充电路径,控制多参数智能巡检装置运动至指定位置进行自充电。通过仿真分析和统计多参数智能巡检装置稳定工作时长,验证了锂电池电源电量监测与自充电技术的实用性。In order to achieve stable operation of the multi-parameter intelligent inspection device for mining in complex coal mine tunnels,it is necessary to study the technology of independent monitoring and self charging of electricity.Based on the current situation of intelligent construction in Tunbao Coal Mine,Xinjiang,China National Energy Corporation,this paper adopts the STC 12LE series chip to design an electricity measurement system for lithium battery power supply.Based on the analysis of the collected data,the remaining electricity coefficient of the battery is used to achieve online estimation of battery usage time.When the power supply experiences a loss of power,ant colony algorithm is used to plan the charging path and control the multi parameter intelligent inspection device to move to the designated position for self charging.The practicality of lithium battery power monitoring and self charging technology was verified through simulation analysis and statistical analysis of the stable working hours of the multi-parameter intelligent inspection device.
