摘 要:针对当前单轨吊在复杂煤矿环境中面临的底板起伏大、效率低的问题,本文在分析传统单轨吊的不足、巷道真实情况以及巷道顶板下沉量随锚杆悬吊所受载荷的变化的基础上,提出合理的单轨吊悬吊固定设计方案,并优化无极绳绞车在实际作业过程中存在的不足,将其与单轨吊相结合,共同进行辅助运输,以提高运输效率。结果表明,无极绳绞车的安全、稳定运行得到了保障,运输效率也有所提高。In response to the problems of large floor undulation and low efficiency faced by current monorail cranes in complex coal mine environments,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of traditional monorail cranes,the actual situation of tunnels,and the variation of tunnel roof subsidence with the load borne by anchor rod suspension.Based on this,a reasonable design scheme for the suspension and fixation of monorail cranes is proposed,and the shortcomings of endless rope winches in actual operation are optimized.It is combined with monorail cranes,jointly carry out auxiliary transportation to improve transportation efficiency.The results indicate that the safe and stable operation of the endless rope winch has been guaranteed,and the transportation efficiency has also been improved.
