摘　　要：本研究聚焦成人颅咽管瘤术后精神障碍问题,对成人颅咽管瘤术后精神障碍评估、术后精神障碍的临床表现、术后精神障碍可能机制及影响因素、成人颅咽管瘤患者精神障碍的预防及干预现状研究进展进行综述。本综述重点探讨了成人颅咽管瘤精神障碍可能机制及影响因素,如个人相关因素、肿瘤相关因素、治疗相关因素等,希望通过颅咽管瘤精神障碍危险因素分析,为临床成人颅咽管瘤精神障碍的预防及干预提供良好借鉴,同时为颅咽管瘤的心理、行为及认知功能等方面的研究与治疗提供新的思路,促进颅咽管瘤术后精神障碍相关问题的研究进展。希望本研究能为缓解颅咽管瘤手术所带来的其他严重并发症提供新的解决方法,提高患者手术疗效,促进颅咽管瘤远期康复及生存质量的提高。This study aims to investigate the clinical manifestations,risk factors and treatment status of mental disorders after craniopharyngioma surgery in adults.The possible influencing factors for mental disorders in adult craniopharyngioma were discussed in detail,such as personal related factors,tumor-related factors,and treatment-related factors.It is intended to provide some references for the prevention and intervention of mental disorders in clinical adults with craniopharyngioma.Futhermore,it’s aimed to provide new ideas for the research and treatment of craniopharyngioma psychological,behavioral and cognitive functions,to promote the research progress of postoperative mental disorders related to craniopharyngioma surgery.Finally,this study hopes to provide new solutions to alleviate other serious complications caused by craniopharyngioma surgery,and promote the long-term recovery and quality of life of craniopharyngioma.
