摘  要:神经退行性疾病是一种慢性进行性疾病,主要影响中枢神经系统(CNS)。疾病的特征是神经元结构和功能逐渐丧失,且与炎症过程密切相关。中枢神经系统中的炎症被称为神经炎症,与多种神经退行性疾病有关,如阿尔茨海默病(AD)、帕金森病(PD)和多发性硬化症(MS)等。粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)作为一种促炎细胞因子,在慢性炎症发展中扮演着关键的角色,其被认为对中枢神经退行性疾病的发生和进展具有广泛的影响。本文综述了GM-CSF在神经退行性疾病中的炎性反应过程,为进一步探索GM-CSF在相关治疗中的潜在作用提供了临床依据,对于神经退行性疾病的分子机制阐明将为抗神经退行性疾病炎性反应提供有效的靶点。Neurodegenerative diseases are chronic progressive disorders that primarily affect the central nervous system(CNS).These diseases are characterized by the gradual loss of neuronal structure and function,closely associated with inflammatory processes.Inflammation within the central nervous system,referred to as neuroinflammation,is implicated in various neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimers disease(AD),Parkinsons disease(PD),and multiple sclerosis(MS).GM-CSF,as a pro-inflammatory cytokine,plays a crucial role in the development of chronic inflammation and is believed to have wide-ranging effects on the occurrence and progression of central nervous system neurodegenerative diseases.This review summarizes the inflammatory response processes of GM-CSF in neurodegenerative diseases,providing clinical evidence for further exploration of its potential role in relevant therapies.Elucidating the molecular mechanisms of neurodegenerative diseases will offer effective targets for combating inflammatory responses associated with neurodegenerative diseases.
