3D打印模型结合PBL教学法在骨肿瘤科住院医师规范化培训中的应用

摘　　要：目的 在研究3D打印模型结合PBL教学法在骨肿瘤科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法选择2019年9月—2021年3月在新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院参加住院医师规范化培训的50名学员为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,各25名。对照组采用传统的教学模式完成教学,试验组采用3D打印模型结合PBL教学法,比较两组的教学效果。结果培训后,试验组的理论成绩[(90.13±5.27)分]和实践成绩[(93.69±3.55)分]均高于对照组[(78.38±4.32)分、(80.72±2.45)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组提高自学能力、提高学习效果、知识掌握程度、提高表达能力、提高分析能力、提高合作能力的教学效果评价得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在骨肿瘤科住院医师规范化培训中应用3D打印模型结合PBL教学法可取得良好的教学效果。Objective To study the application effect of 3D printing model combined with PBL teaching method in the standardized training of residents in the department of bone tumor.Methods A total of 50 students who participated in the standardized resident training in the Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from September 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 25 students in each group.The control group used the traditional teaching mode to complete the teaching,and the experimental group used the 3D printing model combined with PBL teaching mode,the teaching effect of the two groups was compared.Results After training,the theoretical scores[(90.13±5.27)points]and practical scores[(93.69±3.55)points]of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group[(78.38±4.32)points and(80.72±2.45)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching effect evaluation scores of the experimental group in improving self-learning ability,improving learning effect,knowledge mastery,improving expression ability,improving analysis ability and improving cooperation ability were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 3D printing model combined with PBL teaching method in standardized training for residents in the department of bone tumors has achieved good teaching results.
