摘 要:目的 探讨雨课堂在流行病学课程中的应用效果。方法 2021年3月—2022年5月选取苏州大学2018级84名,2019级99名临床医学五年制本科生为研究对象。2018级临床班流行病学课程采用传统教学模式,2019级临床班采用雨课堂教学模式,通过比较两个班级的考核成绩评估教学效果。课程结束后对2019级学生进行雨课堂使用效果评价调查,评价雨课堂的应用效果。结果 2019级临床班的平时成绩[(93.09±4.37)分]、期末成绩[(87.66±6.16)分]以及总评成绩[(89.86±4.85)分]均高于2018级临床班[(89.71±6.67)、(83.23±11.12)、(85.83±8.42)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2019级临床班的平时成绩、期末成绩、总评成绩85分及以上者所占比例均高于2018级临床班(P<0.05)。2019级临床班中90%以上的学生认为雨课堂的使用有助于提高学习兴趣、提高学习自主性、提高学习效率、理解和掌握课堂知识点、课后巩固知识点、解答学习疑惑和增加师生互动。结论 雨课堂在流行病学课程中的应用效果良好。Objective To explore the application effect of rain classroom in epidemiology course.Methods From March 2021 to May 2022,84 undergraduates from the clinical class of 2018 and 99 undergraduates from the clinical class of 2019 in Soochow University were selected as the research objects.The traditional teaching mode was carried out in the class of 2018,while the rain classroom teaching mode was carried out in the class of 2019.The teaching effect was evaluated by comparing the examination scores of these two classes.The students in the class of 2019 were investigated to evaluate the application effect of rain classroom at the end of the course.Results The usual scores[(93.09±4.37)points],final scores[(87.66±6.16)points]and total scores[(89.86±4.85)points]of the clinical class of 2019 were all higher than those of the clinical class of 2018[(89.71±6.67),(83.23±11.12)and(85.83±8.42)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of the usual scores,final scores and total scores of 85 and above in the class of 2019 was higher than that in the class of 2018(P<0.05).More than 90%of students in the class of 2019 thought that the rain classroom teaching mode was helpful to improve learning interest,learning autonomy and learning efficiency,to understand and master knowledge points in class,to consolidate knowledge points after class,to solve learning doubts and to increase teacher-student interaction.Conclusion The rain classroom achieves a good application effect in epidemiology course.
