摘 要:临床学科带头人作为在学科发展、梯队建设、科学研究、人才培养中起到带头和核心作用的专家、学者,应具备医疗水平、科研能力、教学能力和学科管理能力。临床学科带头人精准教学模式基于精准教学理论,精准设定培训个人培养目标。以自愿报名、组织推荐、导师遴选为原则选拔培养对象,通过5天的临床考核选拔,最终遴选出10名培养对象。整个模式培训期2年,以临床实践训练为主,分为4个阶段,分别是适应培训阶段、基础培训阶段、深化培训阶段、岗位培训阶段。穿插科研、教学能力训练和课程教学。项目结业后,培养对象开展新技术21项,成立新病区1个、专科诊疗中心1个,开设专科门诊3个。结业半年内4名培养对象担任科室主任。80%培养对象对本模式三阶段培养表示非常满意,获得委托单位的高度评价,已启动第二期工作。Clinical discipline leaders,as experts and scholars who play a leading and core role in discipline development,team construction,scientific research and talent training,should have the ability of medical treatment,scientific research,teaching and discipline management.Based on the theory of precision teaching,the precision teaching model of clinical discipline leaders accurately sets individual training goals,implements four-dimensional teaching and training,supplemented by whole-process assessment,and finally achieves multi-dimensional accurate positioning,achieving excellent training results.The training subjects were selected based on the principles of voluntary application,organization recommendation and tutor selection,and finally 10 training subjects were selected through the five-day clinical assessment selection.The entire training period of the model is 2 years,mainly focused on clinical practice training,divided into 4 stages:adaptation training stage,basic training stage,deepening training stage,and job training stage.Interlude research,teaching ability training,and course teaching.After the completion of the project,the trainees carried out 21 new technologies,established 1 new ward,1 specialist diagnosis and treatment center,and opened 3 specialist clinics.Within half a year after graduation,4 trainees served as department directors.80%of the training subjects were very satisfied with the three-stage training of this model,which was highly praised by the entrusted unit and had started the second phase of work.
