摘　　要：秀丽隐杆线虫(Caenorhabditis elegans)是生物学中一种重要的模式生物,被广泛应用于生物学研究。因其具有高度保守的基因、生命周期短、繁殖快、易于培养及对吸入麻醉药较敏感等特点,逐渐成为在吸入麻醉药作用机制研究中得到应用的优良动物。文章构建了一套以秀丽隐杆线虫为实验对象的用于探究吸入麻醉药作用机制的实验内容和方案,可用于本科生及研究生基础性、综合性实验教学。笔者从秀丽隐杆线虫的生物学特性和基本操作方法入手,以行为学观察和生理学测试为主,也可扩展为包括吸入麻醉药物分子机制在内的其他深入性探究型的创新实验。此外,授课教师还可以此方案为基础,对实验内容酌情增减或联合使用,以满足不同层次学生的吸入麻醉药实验需求,丰富吸入麻醉药的实验课程体系。Caenorhabditis elegans is an important model organism in biology and is widely used in biological research.It has gradually become excellent animals used in the study of the mechanism of action of inhalation anesthetics due to its genetic conservation,short life cycle,rapid reproduction,easy culture and sensitivity to inhalation anesthetics.This article constructs a set of experimental contents and protocols for exploring the mechanism of action of inhaled anesthetics using Caenorhabditis elegans as the experimental subject,which can be used for basic and comprehensive experimental teaching for undergraduate and graduate students.This program starts from the biological characteristics and basic operating methods of Caenorhabditis elegans,focusing on behavioral observations and physiological tests.It can also be extended to other in-depth innovative experiments including the molecular mechanism of inhalation anesthetics.In addition,instructors can also use this scheme as a basis to modify the experimental content or use it in combination to meet the experimental needs of inhalation anesthetics for students at different levels and enrich the experimental course system for inhaled anesthetics.
