舒肝解郁胶囊联合盐酸帕罗西汀片对老年抑郁症患者抑郁症状及睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的分析老年抑郁症患者应用舒肝解郁胶囊联合盐酸帕罗西汀片治疗的效果。方法采用随机数字表法将江西省精神病院2020年4月至2022年8月收治的90例老年抑郁症患者分为两组,每组各45例。对照组口服盐酸帕罗西汀片治疗,观察组加用舒肝解郁胶囊治疗,均连续治疗4周。对两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、抑郁症状、睡眠质量及不良反应进行比较。结果连续治疗4周后,观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,中医证候积分及17项汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论老年抑郁症患者在盐酸帕罗西汀片治疗基础上加用舒肝解郁胶囊可提高治疗效果,改善抑郁症状和睡眠质量,安全性好,利于促进疾病恢复。Objective To investigate the effect of shugan jieyu capsules combined with paroxetine hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of senile depression.Methods 90 elderly patients with depression admitted to Jiangxi Provincial Psychiatric Hospital from April 2020 to August 2022 were randomly divided into two groups with 45 patients in each group.The control group was treated with paroxetine hydrochloride tablets,and the observation group was treated with shugan jieyu capsules combined with paroxetine hydrochloride tablets,for 4 consecutive weeks.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,depressive symptoms,sleep quality and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the scores of TCM syndromes,17 items of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-17)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were lower than those of the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of paroxetine hydrochloride tablets and shugan jieyu capsules in the treatment of senile depression can improve the therapeutic effect,improve the depressive symptoms and sleep quality,with good safety,and promote the recovery of the disease.
