摘  要:针对当前工程设计中均假设管板完全布管、对不完全布管的实际管板系统的设计计算缺乏研究的问题,采用数值分析方法对比分析了浮头式换热器不同布管情况、不同计算工况下,不完全布管对管板径向弯曲应力、换热管轴向应力以及管板周边偏转不均匀的影响。结果表明,不完全布管将恶化管板弯曲应力和换热管轴向应力,设计时尽量采取完全布管方式,如果基于当前标准中的完全布管的轴对称力学模型进行不完全布管计算,应适当留取安全裕量。For the problem that it is assumed that the fulfilled layout of tubes at tubesheets in current engineering design,and there is a lack of research on the design calculation for actual tubesheet system with non-fulfilled layout of tubes,the numerical analysis method was used to comparatively analyze different tube layouts of the floating-head heat exchanger,and the influence of the non-fulfilled layout of tubes on the radial bending stress of the tubesheets,the axial stress of heat exchange tubes and uneven deflection around the tubesheet under different calculation conditions.The results indicate that the non-fulfilled layout of the tubes will worsen the bending stress of the tubesheets and the axial stress of heat exchange tubes.It is recommended to adopt fulfilled layout of tubes in engineering design.If the calculation for non-fulfilled layout of tubes is carried out based on the axisymmetric mechanical model with fulfilled layout of tubes in the current standard,appropriate safety margin should be reserved.
