摘  要:胰腺纤维化是慢性胰腺炎(chronic pancreatitis,CP)发生发展的重要特征,而活化的胰腺星状细胞(pancreatic stellate cell,PSC)在胰腺纤维化进展中扮演着重要角色.近年来越来越多胰腺纤维化的信号通路得以发现,这些信号通路通过所介导的转录因子调控胰腺星状细胞活化,进而影响胰腺纤维化和CP进程.本文就PSC活化参与CP胰腺纤维化的信号通路及相关转录因子的研究进展与现状做了回顾和分析,希望为深入理解CP纤维化机制和治疗靶点提供思路.Pancreatic fibrosis is an important feature in the occurrence and development of chronic pancreatitis(CP),and activated pancreatic stellate cells(PSC)play an important role in the progression of pancreatic fibrosis.In recent years,more and more signaling pathways related to pancreatic fibrosis have been found.These signaling pathways regulate the activation of pancreatic stellate cells through transcription factors,thereby affecting pancreatic fibrosis and the progression of CP.This article reviews the progress in the research of the signaling pathways and related transcription factors involved in PSC activation in pancreatic fibrosis,hoping to provide ideas for further understanding the mechanism and therapeutic targets of pancreatic fibrosis in CP.
