摘  要:目的分析多模式健康宣教在胃癌患者胶囊内镜检查中的应用效果。方法将75例胃癌患者按照干预方式的不同分为对照组(n=37)与观察组(n=38),对照组采用常规健康宣教,观察组在对照组的基础上采用多模式健康宣教。对比两组患者健康信念模式(HBM)评分、依从性、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、呼吸频率(RR)、心率(HR)、收缩压(SBP)。结果干预后,两组患者感知严重性、感知易感性、感知益处、感知障碍及自我效能评分均较干预前升高,且观察组患者感知严重性、感知易感性、感知益处、感知障碍及自我效能评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。观察组患者的总依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。干预后,两组患者SAS、SDS评分均较干预前降低,且观察组患者SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。申请时,两组患者RR、HR、SBP比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);检查前和检查后,两组患者RR、HR、SBP均高于本组申请时,且观察组患者RR、HR、SBP均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论多模式健康宣教能有效提高胃癌患者的健康信念水平,缓解其负性情绪,降低生理应激反应,提高依从性,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the application effect of multimodal health education in capsule endoscopy in patients with gastric cancer.Method A total of 75 gastric cancer patients were divided into control group(n=37)and observation group(n=38)according to different intervention methods.The control group received conventional health education,while the observation group adopted multimodal health education on the basis of the control group.The health belief mode(HBM)score,compliance,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,respiratory rate(RR),heart rate(HR),systolic blood pressure(SBP)were compared between the two groups.Result After the intervention,the perceived severity,perceived susceptibility,perceived benefits,perceived barriers,and self-efficacy scores of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,the foregoing scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than before the intervention,and the two scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At the time of application,there were no statistically significant differences in RR,HR,and SBP between the two groups(P>0.05).Before and after the examination,the RR,HR,and SBP of the two groups were higher than those at the time of application,and the three indicators of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multimodal health education is worthy of clinical application as the intervention could effectively improve patients’health belief level,alleviate their negative emotions,reduce physiological stress response,and improve compli
