VUCA时代涉农高校创新与创业教育路径研究

摘　　要：伴随全球科技革命和特色产业的迅猛发展,科技创新已成为各国竞争的重要战略。“大众创业、万众创新”是经济发展的新态势,也是社会发展的主旋律。然而,近年来不稳定的国际局势导致的经济发展缓慢,让世界重新回到了乌卡时代(VUCA)。国际贸易受阻、大量失业给创新与创业带来阻碍的同时也迎来了新的机遇。大学生是实施创新驱动发展战略和推进的生力军。如何帮助大学生清除就业阻碍、抓住创业机遇,是高等学校开展创新与创业教育的责任和义务。文章采用完善教育体系和创新教育模式的方式,通过高效推进教师队伍建设、创建新型多元化教学方式、加强校园文化建设、促进产学研一体化、加强国际交流与合作等渠道,探索VUCA时代涉农高校创新与创业教育实施与完善的路径,为同类研究提供科学借鉴和有效参考。With the global scientific and technological revolution and the rapid development of high-tech industries,scientific and technological innovation has become an important strategy for competition among countries.“Mass entrepreneurship and innovation”is a new trend of economic development and the main theme of social development.However,the slow economic development caused by the unstable international situation in recent years has brought the world back to the VUCA(Volatile,Uncertain,Complex,Ambiguo us)era.The obstruction of international trade and a large number of unemployment have brought obstacles to innovation and entrepreneurship,but also ushered in new opportunities.How to remove obstacles and seize opportunities is the only way for colleges and universities to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education.This paper adopts the way of improving the education system and innovating the education mode,and explores the implementation and improvement of innovation and entrepreneurship education in agriculture-related colleges and universities in the VUCA era by effectively promoting the construction of teachers,creating new diversified teaching methods,strengthening the construction of campus culture,promoting the integration of production,education and research,and strengthening international exchanges and cooperation.The path provides effective reference and scientific reference for similar research.
