摘　　要：以工作过程系统化理论的融合运用为出发点,对交通运用管理专业课程改革的理论背景与教育背景进行了探讨。围绕教学目标、教学内容、教学方法以及教学资源四个方面,分析了交通运营管理专业课程改革的阻碍问题。同时,结合确立教学目标、重构教学内容、创新教学方法以及充实教育资源四个部分,提出了解决现存阻碍问题、优化人才培养质量的课程改革思路建议,希望为相关院校的专业课程改革建设与人才培养工作提供有力帮助。Based on the integration and application of the theory of work process systematization,this paper first discusses the theoretical background and educational background of the curriculum reform of transportation application management specialty.Then,it analyzes the obstacles to the curriculum reform of the traffic operation management specialty from four aspects:teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching methods and teaching resources.Finally,combining the four parts of establishing teaching objectives,reconstructing teaching contents,innovating teaching methods and enriching educational resources,the paper puts forward some suggestions on curriculum reform to solve the existing obstacles and optimize the quality of personnel training to provide strong help for the reform and construction of professional courses and personnel training in relevant colleges and universities.
