摘  要:疫苗工程是一门实践性和应用性很强的课程,其实践教学对于专业人才的培养尤为重要。传统疫苗的研制和生产由于要使用病原微生物,对于实验设施、仪器设备和实验材料的要求极其严苛。受限于这些不利因素,疫苗工程的实践教学难以开展,无法满足生物制药专业人才的培养需求。本教学团队利用虚拟仿真技术开展疫苗工程综合性实验教学,打破了传统实验的各种限制,让学生在虚拟实验室中高效、安全地进行实验。同时本着“能实不虚”的原则,穿插简单的线下实体实验,做到“虚中有实、虚实结合”。文章介绍以疫苗的生产与检定为技术背景开发的虚拟仿真实验教学软件,阐述其教学设计、实施流程以及教学成效,以期为生物制药综合性实践教学改革提供新思路。Vaccine engineering is a course with highly practicality and adapaticity.Its practical teaching is particularly important to train professionals.Due to the use of pathogenic microorganisms in the development and production of traditional vaccines,the requirements for experimental facilities,equipment and experimental materials are extremely strict.As a result of these unfavorable factors,it is difficult to carry out the practical teaching of vaccine engineering,and the training needs of biopharmaceutical professionals cannot be meet.Our teaching team uses virtual simulation technology to carry out comprehensive experimental teaching of vaccine engineering,which breaks various restrictions of traditional experiments and enables students to conduct experiments efficiently and safely in virtual laboratories.At the same time,in line with the principle of“real experiments first”,the teaching was interspersed with simple offline physical experiments to achieve the goal of“reality in virtuality,combination of reality and virtuality”.This paper introduced the teaching software of virtual simulation experiment,which was developed on the technical background of vaccine producing and testing.It expounded the teaching design,implementation process and teaching effect,and provided new ideas for the comprehensive practical teaching reform of biopharmaceuticals.
