摘  要:头颈部鳞状细胞癌(HNSCC)是头颈部最常见的恶性肿瘤,尽管治疗方法不断进步,但目前患者的5年生存率仍然较低,因此迫切需要明确其致病机制,以进一步提高患者生存率。近年发现非编码RNA(ncRNA)与HNSCC的进展密切相关,ncRNA通过多种方式参与基因表达调控,从而影响肿瘤细胞的生长、迁移以及肿瘤治疗的敏感性等,靶向ncRNA有可能成为HNSCC新的治疗策略。因此,深入研究ncRNA在HNSCC中的具体调控机制,对开发更有效的诊断和治疗方法具有重要作用。Head and neck squamous cell carcinoma(HNSCC)is the most common malignant tumor in the head and neck region.Despite continuous improvement in the treatment methods,the 5-year survival rate of the patients is still low.Therefore,it is urgent to clarify its pathogenic mechanism in order to further improve the survival rate.In recent years,it has been found that non-coding RNA(ncRNA)is closely related to the progress of HNSCC.ncRNA participates in gene expression regulation in various ways,thereby affecting the growth,metastasis,and sensitivity of tumor cells to treatment.Targeting ncRNA may become a new therapeutic strategy for HNSCC.Therefore,in-depth studies on the specific regulatory mechanisms of ncRNA in HNSCC plays an important role in developing more effective diagnostic and therapeutic methods.
