摘　　要：结直肠息肉切除术有助于降低结直肠癌的发病率和死亡率,也是结直肠息肉的首选治疗方式,但术后出血一直是其最常见并发症,对患者和医院均造成较大负担,尤其是术后迟发性出血(PPB),严重影响患者临床转归。因此,如何减少结直肠息肉切除术后PPB的发生一直是临床内镜治疗面临的严峻问题。既往有关PPB的研究多集中在手术方式的改良和创新上,虽能在一定程度上降低PPB发生风险,但效果有限。故临床工作中除需最大限度减少结直肠息肉切除术操作上的失误外,还需综合考量PPB的相关危险因素及应对方案,并施以个性化预防措施以减少PPB的发生。Colorectal polypectomy helps reduce the morbidity and mortality of colorectal cancer,and it is also the preferred treatment for colorectal polyps.However,postoperative bleeding has always been the most common complication,which has caused a great burden on the patients and hospitals,especially post procedural bleeding(PPB),seriously affecting the clinical outcomes of the patients.Therefore,how to reduce the occurrence of PPB after colorectal polypectomy has always been a severe problem in clinical endoscopic treatment.Previous studies on PPB have focused on the improvement and innovation of surgical methods.Although it can reduce the risk of PPB to a certain extent,the effect is limited.Therefore,in addition to minimizing the mistakes in colorectal polypectomy operation in clinical work,it is necessary to comprehensively consider the related risk factors and countermeasures of PPB,and implement individualized preventive measures to reduce the occurrence of PPB.
