摘　　要：儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)是儿童常见的恶性肿瘤,具有预后差、病死率高等特点。化疗是儿童ALL的重要治疗手段,可抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、延长患者生存周期。但ALL及化疗会影响患者体内营养物质代谢,导致其营养不良,增加化疗不耐受、感染及病死风险。对于儿童ALL进行规范的营养支持至关重要,而规范的营养支持治疗方案应包括营养筛查、评估、营养支持治疗及治疗后再评估等。因此,在治疗过程中密切监测ALL儿童的营养状况、制订规范且个性化的营养支持治疗方案具有重要意义。Children′s acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL)is a common malignant tumor in children,with poor prognosis and high mortality.Chemotherapy is an important treatment for childhood ALL,which can inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells and prolong the life cycle of the patients.However,ALL disease and chemotherapy will affect the metabolism of nutrients in the patients,resulting in malnutrition,and increase the risk of chemotherapy intolerance,infection and death.Standardized nutrition support for children′s ALL is essential,and the treatment plan should include nutrition screening,evaluation,nutrition support treatment and post-treatment re-evaluation.Therefore,it is of great significance to closely monitor the nutritional status of children with ALL during the treatment process and develop standardized and individualized nutritional support treatment plans.
