摘 要:以吉林农业科技学院畜牧兽医类专业就业实践基地建设为例,以实践基地建设存在的问题为出发点,以应用型人才培养质量提升为中心,提出在新农科背景下,如何更好地对涉农高校的校内、校外实践基地进行建设、管理和使用。利用校内实践基地,开展多种形式的实践活动,如学生实训项目、学生专业协会、学生创新创业活动、兴趣小组活动和技能大赛训练等多种类型的实践活动。利用校外实践基地开展“订单培养、专业共建、校企互动、顶岗实践”等多种形式的校企合作人才培养模式。从实施效果和用人单位反馈,学生的综合素质得到极大提高,实践能力与岗位需求更加吻合,真正实现了“校企合作,产教融合”,毕业生深受企业好评。Taking the construction of employment practice base of animal husbandry and veterinary specialty in Jilin University of Agricultural Science and Technology as an example,starting from problems in practice base construction,with improving the quality of application-oriented talent training as the center,how to better construct,manage and use the practice bases of agriculture-related universities in the context of new agricultural science was proposed.The campus practice base is used to carry out various forms of practical activities,such as student practical training projects,student professional associations,student innovation and entrepreneurship activities,interest group activities and skills competition training.Use off-campus practice base to carry out“order training,professional co-construction,school-enterprise interaction,on-the-job practice”and other forms of school-enterprise cooperation personnel training model.From the implementation effect and the feedback of the employer,the comprehensive quality of the students has been greatly improved,the practical ability is more consistent with the job demand,and the“school-enterprise cooperation,the integration of industry and education”has been truly realized.
