以乡村振兴实验班为核心的农林经济管理专业人才培养效果分析

摘  要:根据江西农业大学农林经济管理专业的人才培养目标,设计了衡量人才培养效果的指标,并在此基础上进行因子分析,总结出“自主学习与研究”“沟通交流与组织管理”“专业知识综合应用”三种能力,并以该三种能力为因变量进行多元回归分析,验证“以乡村振兴实验班为核心的人才培养模式”的实践效果。结果显示,学生的三种个人能力均随教育年限的增加而增加,且乡村振兴实验班的培养显著提高了学生“自主学习与研究”和“沟通交流与组织管理”两方面的能力。因此,该人才培养模式有提升学生个人能力的效果,对地方农林经济管理专业本科生人才培养模式的探索与实践有一定的借鉴意义。According to the talent cultivation goals of the Agriculture and Forestry Economics and Management major at Jiangxi Agricultural University,this paper designed the indicators to measure the effectiveness of talent cultivation.Based on this,it conducted factor analysis to summarize three abilities:“independent learning and research,”“communication and organizational management,”and“comprehensive application of professional knowledge.”By using these three abilities as dependent variables,it conducted the multiple regression analysis to verify the practical effect of the talent cultivation model centered on the rural revitalization experimental class.The results showed that the three personal abilities of students increased with the increase of education years,and the cultivation of the rural revitalization experimental class significantly improved students abilities in“autonomous learning and research”and“communication and organizational management”.
