摘 要:基于企业价值链视角,对防水企业竞争力开展系统研究,找出影响建筑防水企业竞争力的因素。通过层次分析法(AHP)和专家调研法确定评价指标体系,计算指标权重,最后采用综合指数评价法构建出评价模型。通过对DF、KS、KL三家防水上市公司开展实证研究,得出的综合指数结果与事实相符。通过对三家公司进行横向比较,容易发现企业间的竞争优劣势,有效帮助企业找到提升竞争力的科学路径和方法,为防水企业迈向高质量发展指明方向。Based on the perspective of the enterprise value chain,conduct systematic research on the competitiveness of waterproofing enterprises and identify the influencing factors of the competitiveness of building waterproofing enterprises.Determine the evaluation index system through the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and expert research methods,calculate the weights of the indicators,and finally construct an evaluation model using the comprehensive index evaluation method.Through empirical research on three waterproof listed companies,DF,KS and KL,the comprehensive index results obtained are consistent with the facts.By comparing the three companies horizontally,it is easy to identify the competitive advantages and disadvantages between enterprises,effectively helping them find scientific paths and methods to enhance their competitiveness,and pointing out the direction for waterproof enterprises to move towards high-quality development.
