摘　　要：目的观察中央孔型有晶体眼后房型人工晶体(ICL V4c)植入手术治疗高度近视术后患者拱高及对比敏感度的变化情况。方法选取接受中央孔型有晶体眼后房型人工晶体(ICL V4c)植入手术的高度近视患者60眼。所有研究对象于ICL V4c植入术前和术后1周、1个月、3个月、6个月应用Pentacam HR眼前节分析仪测量术眼拱高,使用B4p双目视功能仪检测明视觉对比敏感度(Photopic CS)、中间视觉对比敏感度(Mesopic CS)及眩光敏感度(GS)等指标。结果术后1个月与3个月拱高和术前1周拱高比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后6月拱高比术后1周下降(P<0.05);患者术后1周及术后1个月,Photopic CS提高但仍低于术前水平(P<0.05);患者术后1周及术后1个月,Mesopic各等级未通过例数高于术前(P<0.05);患者术后1周及术后1个月,GS未通过例数高于术前(P<0.05)。结论高度近视ICL V4c术后早期患者拱高处于较高水平,至术后6个月时下降;术后患者对比敏感度下降,术后3个月后逐渐恢复。Objective To evaluate the changes of contrast sensitivity and vault after ICLV4c for high myopia.Methods 60 eyes with high myopia and elective ICLV4c implantation who were treated in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.The contrast sensitivity of photopic(photopic CS),contrast sensitivity of mesopic vision(mesopic CS)and glare sensitivity(GS)were detected by Binoptometer 4p and the vault was measured with Pentacam HR,after ICLV4c implantation operation in one week,one month,three months and six months.Results There was no significant difference in vault between one month and three months after operation(P>0.05);6 months in post operation was lower than1 week,there was significant difference(P<0.05).One week and one month in post operation,the Photopic CS was lower than pro-operation(P<0.05);One week and one month in post operation,the mesopic CS failed the test more than pro-operation;3 and 6 months after operation the number failed the test was lower than pro-operation,there was significant difference(P<0.05);One week and one month in post operation,the mesopic CS failed the test were more than pro-operation(P<0.05).Conclusion At the early stage after ICLV4c implantation,the vault is in a high level,but in 3 months postoperative it is decline;The contrast sensitivity of patients with high myopia ICL V4c decreased in the early stage of postoperative,and gradually recovered after 3 months.
