摘 要:探究异叶南洋杉木材的机械加工性能,为其合理高效利用提供参考,以异叶南洋杉木材为研究对象,对其刨削、砂削、铣削、钻削、开榫等5项机械加工性能进行测试与评价。结果表明:异叶南洋杉木材在刨削和砂削加工性能上表现为优等,在铣削和开榫加工性能上表现为中等,在钻削性能上表现为劣等。异叶南洋杉综合机械加工性能得分为16,机械加工性能不理想。To explore the machinability of Araucaria heterophylla wood and provide a reference for its rational and efficient utilization,this paper took A.heterophylla wood as the research object and tested and evaluated its machinability of five items,including planing,sanding,boring,shaping,and mortising.The results showed that the wood of A.heterophylla was superior in planing and sanding,moderate in milling and tenon machinability,and inferior in shaping.The comprehensive machinabil-ity score of A.heterophylla was 16,and the machinability was not ideal.
