摘 要:恶劣天气条件下,未起飞的受影响航班面临着重新规划飞行路径的问题。提出了恶劣天气条件下基于Stackelberg博弈的受影响航班路径SO-UE协同分配模型,旨在体现静态航路网络中空中交通管理者与航空公司在路径分配上的公平性。模型被表述为一个两阶段的完全信息动态Stackelberg博弈,在博弈中管理者采取全局最优策略而航空公司采取用户均衡策略。使用改进遗传算法以求解路径分配模型,并设置多组仿真场景进行实验。结果表明所提出的路径分配模型的Jain公平指数高达0.92,能够较好平衡空中交通管理者与航空公司的策略,均衡网络流量负荷,实现空中交通网络中航班路径的公平合理分配。Under severe weather conditions,affected flights which do not take off face the problem of re-routing their flight routes.The paper proposes a Stackelberg game-based collaborative SO-UE allocation model for affected flight routes under severe weather conditions,which aims to represent the fairness in route allocation between air traffic managers and airlines in static route networks.The model is formulated as a two-stage full-information dynamic Stackelberg game in which the manager adopts the global optimal strategy and the airline adopts the user equilibrium strategy.The paper uses an improved Genetic Algorithm to solve the proposed route allocation model,and sets up several simulation scenarios for experiments.The results show that the proposed route allocation model achieves a high Jain fairness index of 0.92,which can better balance the strategies of air traffic managers and airlines,equalize the network traffic load,and achieve a fair and reasonable distribution of flight routes in the air traffic network.
