医学院校医学人文精神培育路径探析

摘　　要：医学人文精神对于促进医学人才全面发展、构建和谐医患关系、促进医学发展具有重要意义。随着现代医学科技的迅速发展,医学人文精神日益淡化。文章分析了医学院校医学人文精神培育存在的主要问题,如医学人文课程设置不够合理、医学人文教师队伍需要强化、医学人文理论与临床诊疗脱节等。针对存在的问题,提出构建合理的医学人文课程体系、加强医学人文师资队伍建设、在临床实践过程中融入医学人文教育、营造良好医学人文氛围等建议。The medical humanistic spirit is of great significance to promote the all-round development of medical talents,build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship,and promote the development of medicine.With the rapid development of modern medical science and technology,the medical humanistic spirit is increasingly weakened.It explores the problems existing in the medical humanistic spirit of medical shcool:the medical humanities curriculum is not reasonable enough,the medical humanities teaching team needs to be strengthened,and the medical humanities theory is disconnected from clinical diagnosis and treatment.In view of the existing problems,it is proposed to build a reasonable medical humanities curriculum system,strengthen the construction of medical humanities teachers,integrate medical humanities education in the process of clinical practice,and create a good medical humanistic atmosphere.
