摘　　要：随着经济社会发展和居民收入水平提高,我国生活服务业需求激增。在人口老龄化加快发展和三孩政策实施的背景下,婴幼儿护理、中老年健康护理、康复护理服务等需求日益增长。同时,居民的健康意识也逐步升级,客观上对家政从业人员的素质和技能提出了更高的要求。本文根据家政专业培养目标,结合我院(沈阳职业技术学院)健康管理学教学体会提出几点思考与建议,以期进一步提高教学质量,培养符合时代需求的家政专业人才。With the development of the economy and society and the improvement of residents'income levels,the demand for life service in China has surged.Under the background of the accelerated development of the aging population and the implementation of the three-child policy,the demand for infant and young child care,middle-aged and elderly health care,rehabilitation care services,and other services is growing day by day.At the same time,the residents'health awareness is also gradually growing,which objectively puts forward higher requirements for the quality and skills of home-service workers.Based on the training objectives of the home economics major,this paper puts forward some thoughts and suggestions in light of our school's teaching experience in health management,in order to further improve the teaching quality and cultivate home economics professionals who meet the needs of the times.
