摘　　要：2023年高校毕业生人数创历史新高,经济下行压力下,就业压力增大。面对当前严峻的就业形势,高校少数民族大学生就业工作面临更大挑战。本文主要阐述后疫情时代高校少数民族大学生就业现状,分析产生就业困难的原因,在此基础上提出就业对策和建议,为高校开展毕业生就业工作提供参考。In 2023,the number of college graduates reached a historic high,and under the pressure of economic downturn,employment pressure has increased.Faced with the current severe employment situation,the employment of ethnic minority college students in universities is facing greater challenges.The paper mainly elaborates on the current employment situation of ethnic minority college students in universities in the post pandemic era,analyzes the reasons for employment difficulties,and proposes employment strategies and suggestions,providing reference for universities to carry out graduate employment work.
