摘  要:多晶硅行业目前在我国乃至全球有着广泛的应用前景。文章简单介绍多晶硅的生产方法及工艺特点,通过与卧式压缩机的对比,着重阐述立式压缩机的结构特点在多晶硅工艺生产中的优势。其优点主要体现在:密封环及导向环的磨损速率低,活塞与气缸接触的机率小,机组惯性力容易控制,无需设置活塞杆偏心监测装置,整体刚性强、结构紧凑、占地面间小。At present,the polysilicon industry has a wide range of application prospects in China and even the world.In this paper,the production method and process characteristics of polysilicon are briefly introduced,and the advantages of the structural characteristics of vertical compressor in the production of polysilicon process are highlighted by comparing with horizontal compressors.Its advantages are mainly reflected in the following points:the wear rate of the sealing ring and the guide ring is low,the probability of contact between the piston and the cylinder is small,the inertia force of the unit is easy to control,there is no need to set up the piston rod eccentric monitoring device,the overall rigidity is strong,the structure is compact,and the ground occupies a small space.
