摘 要:随着全球经济一体化进程的加快,海洋石油勘探和开采规模不断扩大,对成品油运输要求不断提高,随之造成的溢油事故不断增多。对此,面向近海区域溢油清理,分析了国内外现有的溢油解决方案。基于视觉识别技术,采用水位传感器等元件设计一款近海区域溢油清理回收船,其根据油层厚度采用复合处理方式,即针对厚油层通过撇油器分离油层后清理,针对薄油层通过投放、回收吸油毡清理,主要解决了溢油清理耗时长、自动化程度低、油污残余多等问题。With the acceleration of global economic integration,the scale of offshore oil exploration and exploitation is constantly expanding,and the requirements for the transportation of refined oil products are constantly increasing,and the oil spill accidents are increasing.Focusing on offshore area oil spill cleaning,this paper analyzes the existing oil spill solutions at home and abroad,and proposes a design of an offshore oil spill clean-up and recovery vessel based on visual recognition technology.According to oil layer thickness,the design adopts a combined scheme,which copes with thick oil layer and thin oil layer by separation using skimmer and by releasing and recycling oil felt,respectively.The proposed design mainly addresses problems such as large time consumption of cleaning,low degree of automation,and large amount of residual oil.
