中药口服联合外用疗法治疗HR-HPV持续性感染的临床有效性及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨中药口服联合外用疗法治疗HR-HPV持续性感染的临床有效性及安全性。方法 将2021年1月-2022年12月在本院妇产科治疗的120例HR-HPV持续性感染患者随机分为两组,对照组使用保妇康栓治疗,观察组使用中药口服联合外用疗法,对比两组的临床疗效、免疫炎性因子、阴道分泌物指标、安全性。结果 观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后阴道灌洗液中IL-2、IFN-γ水平明显高于对照组,IL-4水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后阴道分泌物pH值、Nugent评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后WBC、RBC、Hb、AST、ALT、BUN、Scr水平均与对照组相当(P>0.05)。结论 中药口服联合外用疗法治疗HR-HPV持续性感染的临床疗效显著,对HR-HPV的抑制力强,能有效调节宫颈免疫功能,改善阴道内环境,且安全性好。Objective To explore clinical effect and safety analysis of oral traditional Chinese medicine combined with topical therapy in treatment of persistent infection of HR-HPV.Methods The paper chose 120 patients with HR-HPV persistent infection in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022,and divided them into two groups randomly.Control group was treated with Baofukang suppository and observation group with oral Chinese medicine combined with external therapy.Clinical effect,immune inflammatory factors,vaginal discharge indicators and safety between two groups were compared.Results Effective rate of treatment in observation group was 96.67%,significantly higher than 76.67%in control group(P<0.05).IL-2 and IFN-γof vaginal lavage fluid after treatment in observation group level was significantly higher than control group,IL-4 level was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the pH value and nugent scores of vaginal discharge in observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of WBC,RBC,Hb,AST,ALT,BUN and Scr in observation group were similar to control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Oral Chinese medicine combined with external therapy can achieve significant clinical effect in treatment of persistent infection of HR-HPV,can inhibition on HR-HPV strongly,regulate cervical immune function effectively,improve vaginal Internal environment,with good safety.
