小儿脑瘫康复治疗程序中应用各种康复辅具的有效性分析

摘　　要：目的 运用康复治疗程序对小儿脑瘫患儿实施干预时,研究各种康复辅具的应用疗效。方法 选取2020年7月-2021年7月小儿脑瘫患儿52例,通过随机抽签方法将患儿均分为常规组和研究组,常规组应用基础疗法干预,研究组应用基础疗法联合康复辅具的方案干预,比较患儿运动功能、平衡能力、临床疗效及患儿依从性。结果 康复治疗后,研究组粗大运动能力分值较常规组高,组间差异显著(P<0.05);康复治疗后,研究组平衡能力分值高于常规组,组间差异显著(P<0.05);研究组的总有效率比常规组高,组间差异显著(P<0.05);评估组间满意度,研究组患儿总依从性较常规组高,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 康复治疗较常用于脑瘫患儿,在此过程中,加入不同种类的康复辅具,能够增加康复治疗的有效性,对脑瘫病情有缓解作用,并能提高患儿运动功能,是患儿依从性良好的康复治疗方案,值得推荐与宣传。Objective To discuss effect of various rehabilitation aids in intervention of pediatric cerebral palsy patients with rehabilitation treatment procedures.Methods The paper chose 52 children with cerebral palsy from July 2020 to July 2021,and divided them into routine group and study group randomly,with 26 cases in each group.Routine group was treated with basic therapy intervention,while study group with basic therapy combined with rehabilitation aids.Motor function,balance ability,clinical effect and compliance of the children was compared.Motor function of children with cerebral palsy was evaluated between groups.Results After rehabilitation treatment,gross motor ability scores of study group were higher than routine group,there was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Evaluation of balance ability between groups showed,after rehabilitation treatment,balance ability scores of study group were higher than routine group and there was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Evaluation of clinical effect between groups showed,total effective rate of study group was higher than routine group,there was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Evaluation of inter group satisfaction showed,total compliance of children in study group was higher than routine group,there was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation therapy is commonly used in children with cerebral palsy.During the process,different types of rehabilitation aids can increase effect of rehabilitation,alleviate condition of cerebral palsy and improve motor function,which is a highly compliant rehabilitation treatment plan for children and is worth recommending and promoting.
