微量泵注与皮下注射奥曲肽分别联合甲磺酸加贝酯治疗急性胰腺炎的效果比较

摘　　要：目的 分析对比微量泵注与皮下注射奥曲肽分别联合甲磺酸加贝酯治疗急性胰腺炎的效果。方法 选取2019年2月-2022年2月本院接诊的100例急性胰腺炎患者为研究对象,依给药方式不同将其分为皮下组和泵注组,每组各50例。皮下组采取皮下注射奥曲肽联合甲磺酸加贝酯治疗;泵注组采取微量泵注奥曲肽联合甲磺酸加贝酯治疗。对比两组血压水平变化、血管内皮功能、有效性指标、不良反应及疗效。结果 泵注组恢复情况较皮下组更优(P<0.05);治疗后血清炎症因子水平、淀粉酶水平均较治疗前下降,且泵注组较皮下组更低(P<0.05);泵注组不良反应较皮下组更低,泵注组疗效较皮下组更高(P<0.05)。结论 微量泵注奥曲肽联合甲磺酸加贝酯治疗,相较于皮下注射奥曲肽联合甲磺酸加贝酯治疗,能缩短患者治疗时间,疗效更佳。Objective To analyze effect of micro pump injection and subcutaneous injection of octreotide combined with gabexate mesylate on acute pancreatitis.Methods The paper chose 100 cases acute pancreatitis patients from February 2019 to February 2022 as study subjects,and divided them into subcutaneous group/pump injection group according to administration method,with 50 cases in each group.Subcutaneous group was treated with subcutaneous injection of octreotide combined with gabexate mesylate,pump injection group with micro pump injection of octreotide combined with gabexate mesylate.Changes in blood pressure levels,endothelial function,effect indicators,adverse reactions and curative effect were compared between two groups.Results Recovery time of pump injection group was shorter than subcutaneous group(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of serum inflammatory factors and amylase were lower than before treatment,those of pump group were lower than subcutaneous group(P<0.05).Adverse reactions in pump injection group were lower than subcutaneous group and curative effect in pump injection group was higher than subcutaneous group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with subcutaneous injection of octreotide combined with gabexate mesylate,micro pump injection of octreotide combined with gabexate mesylate can shorten treatment time of patients with better effect.
