摘　　要：目的 探讨颞下颌关节紊乱病患者采取揿针配合冲击波治疗的临床效果及对患者颞下颌关节功能指数DI值的影响。方法 取2021年9月-2023年3月因颞下颌关节紊乱病来本院接受治疗的58例患者为研究对象,随机设为研究组与对照组。对照组采用西药治疗,研究组采用揿针配合冲击波治疗。比较两组治疗前后的疼痛评分、颞下颌关节功能指数DI值。结果 治疗后,两组组内比较VAS评分均显著降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组组间比较VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组组间比较DI值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组的DI值低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 颞下颌关节紊乱综合征采用揿针配合冲击波治疗,效果较好,有助于缓解患者疼痛,降低其颞下颌关节功能指数,利于临床推广应用。Objective To explore clinical effect of pressing acupuncture combined with shock wave therapy for patients with temporomandibular joint disorders and its effect on DI value of temporomandibular joint function index.Methods The paper chose 58 patients in our hospital for treatment of temporomandibular joint disorders from September 2021 to March 2023 as study subjects,divided them into study group and control group randomly.Control group was treated with western medicine,while study group with press acupuncture combined with shock wave therapy.Pain scores and temporomandibular joint function index DI values were compared before and after treatment between two groups.Results After treatment,both groups showed significant improvement in VAS scores(P<0.05).After treatment,both groups showed significant decrease in DI values before and after treatment,but study group showed more significant decrease(P<0.05).Conclusion Press acupuncture combined with shock wave therapy can achieve good effect for patients with temporomandibular joint disorder syndrome,alleviate pain,reduce functional index of temporomandibular joint,which is conducive to clinical promotion and application.
