基于多品种的电子类产品的测试装配柔性化生产系统

摘　　要：随着社会对产品需求呈现多样化、个性化特点,电子产品的更新换代周期变得越来越短,生产方式也由单一大规模向多品种、小批量的生产模式转化。但现有的电子产品生产方式无法满足频繁的换装、换产需求。为此,文章对电子类产品测试装配的柔性化生产进行了研究,提出了一种简单、有效的系统设计。利用机械臂、快换接头、视觉识别技术设计了测试装配柔性化生产系统,可兼容多种电子产品的测试装配,以期为小、中型企业的柔性化生产改造提供参考。With the diversified and personalized characteristics of the social demand for products,the replacement cycle of electronic products is becoming shorter and shorter,and the production mode is also transformed from a single large-scale to a multi-variety and small-batch production mode.However,the existing production methods of electronic products can not meet the frequent change of equipment and production needs.Therefore,the flexible production of test assembly for electronic products is studied in this paper,and a simple and effective system design is proposed.The flexible production system of test assembly is designed by using mechanical arm,quick-change joint and visual recognition technology,which can be compatible with the test assembly of various electronic products,in order to provide reference for the flexible production transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises.
