单组分聚合物乳液防水涂料吸水率的影响因素研究

摘　　要：介绍了一种低吸水率的单组分聚合物乳液防水涂料的制备方法。实验表明,在单组分聚合物乳液建筑防水涂料的制备过程中,按照纯丙树脂乳液添加量48%(质量分数,后同)、去离子水为3%、400目重钙为16%、800目重钙为15%、1 250目沉淀硫酸钡为17%、消泡剂为0.3%、杀菌剂为0.2%、增稠剂1为0.3%、铵盐分散剂2为0.3%制备涂料,控制涂膜厚度为1.5mm,制备的涂膜吸水率最低,可达到7.6%,可满足标准≤10%的要求。This paper introduces a method of preparing single-component polymer emulsion waterproof coatings with a low water absorption rate.The experiment shows that in the process of preparing single-component polymer emulsion architectural waterproof coatings,with 48%(wt%,the same below)pure acrylic resin emulsion,3%deionized water,16%400-mesh heavy calcium,15%800-mesh heavy calcium,17%1250-mesh precipitated barium sulfate,0.3%defoamer,0.2%bactericide,0.3%thickener 1,0.3%ammonium salt dispersant 2,and a controlled film thickness of 1.5 mm,the film prepared has the lowest water absorption rate,reaching 7.6%,which meets the requirement of≤10%.
