摘 要:研究旨在探讨心理资本在工作投入的中介作用下对工作满意度和组织承诺的影响。研究基于资源保存理论,采用SPSS 24.0和AMOS 24.0软件,运用结构方程模型建模分析。结果表明,心理资本对员工的工作满意度和组织承诺有正向影响,这种关系受到工作投入的部分中介作用;心理资本对工作投入有显著的正向影响,工作投入对接待人员的工作满意度和组织承诺影响较小。因此,与两个结果变量相比,工作投入与心理资本的关系更为密切。特色小镇管理层应更加重视提高旅游接待人员的心理资本,以提高其工作投入和积极的工作态度,从而有效减少消极的组织行为,创造更多有益的边境旅游特色小镇建设成果。The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of psychological capital on work satisfaction and organizational commitment with the mediating effect of work involvement.The data were obtained from a survey of 283 tourism receptionists in border characteristic towns in Yunnan Province.Based on conservation of resources(COR)theory,SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0 were adopted and structural equation model was used for analysis.The results show that psychological capital has a positive effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment,and this relationship is partially mediated by job involvement.In addition,the analysis results show that psychological capital has a significant positive effect on work involvement,while work involvement has little effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment.Therefore,compared with the two outcome variables,the relationship between work involvement and psychological capital is closer.The main findings of this study provide theoretical contributions to the research field of tourism characteristic towns,and have certain empirical significance for the construction of characteristic towns.It is emphasized that the management of characteristic towns should pay more attention to improving the psychological capital of tourist receptionists,so as to improve their work involvement and positive working attitudes,and effectively reduce the negative organizational behavior and create more beneficial achievements in the construction of characteristic towns of border tourism.
