云南边疆地区高职毕业生求职意向调查研究

摘　　要：高等职业教育毕业生就业难是一个教育问题,也是一个社会问题,造成大学毕业生就业难的原因是多方面的,既有社会的原因,也有高等职业教育的原因,还有毕业生自身素养等方面的原因,而大学生的求职意向是否建立在自身综合素养及人才市场需求状况的基础之上,能否形成较为理性的就业观,这将直接影响大学生求职的行为和结果,最终影响人才市场的供需状况。本文用问卷调查法对文山学院高等职业技术学院毕业生求职意向进行调查,了解毕业生的就业需求意向现状,探求存在的问题和产生问题的原因,最后针对毕业生就业意向从学校教育、社会人力资源劳动保障、毕业生就业观等角度提出相应的对策建议,以期帮助毕业生顺利就业。The employment difficulty of graduates of higher vocational education is an educational problem as well as a social problem.There are many reasons for the employment difficulty of college graduates,including social reasons,higher vocational education reasons,as well as graduates'own quality and other reasons.Whether the employment intention of college students is based on their comprehensive quality and the demand of the talent market,or they can form a more rational employment view will directly affect the behavior and results of college students'job hunting,and ultimately affect the supply and demand of the talent market.This paper understands the current situation of graduates'employment demand intention,explores the existing problems and the causes of the problems,and finally puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of school education,social human resources and labor security,and graduates'employment view,in order to help graduates to obtain employment smoothly taking the higher vocational and technical college of Wenshan University as an example to investigate the employment intention of graduates of higher vocational colleges with the method of questionnaire.
