摘 要:低温水环境中,由于重油流动性差,抽取沉船中重油过程中需要对其加热。为了研究重油的热扩散问题,对加热棒加热重油和注入热油的过程进行数值模拟,分析油舱内的平均热扩散和空间分布规律。计算结果表明:与加热棒加热重油相对比,注入热油后油舱内重油的温度状况得到明显的改善,采用注入热油的方式对增加油温和油的运动速度具有显著的优势。计算模型源于实际工程,数值分析结果可为沉船重油回收加热棒布置提供参考,热油注入模拟可以解决油舱内重油流动缓慢、在抽油口难以抽出重油的难题。Due to the poor fluidity of heavy oil in low temperature water environment,it is necessary to heat it during the extraction of heavy oil from the wreck.In order to study the thermal diffusion of heavy oil,the process of heating heavy oil and injecting hot oil into the heating rod was simulated,and the average thermal diffusion and spatial distribution in the oil tank was analyzed.The calculation results show that compared with the heating rod heating heavy oil,the temperature of the heavy oil in the oil tank is obviously improved after the injection of hot oil,and the injection of hot oil has a significant advantage in increasing the oil temperature and the speed of the oil.The calculation model is derived from practical engineering.The numerical analysis results can provide reference for the arrangement of heating rods for heavy oil recovery of sunken ships.The simulation of hot oil injection can solve the problem of slow flow of heavy oil in the oil tank and the difficulty of extracting heavy oil at the pumping port.
