摘 要:针对干式铁心电抗器在运行过程中的机械振动问题及故障监测需求,采用非接触测振方案对一典型电抗器设备进行振动测试与分析,提出一种基于压电材料的振动取能技术,从理论角度给出设备运行时的最大取能效率。在此基础上,介绍两种结构设计简单、加工制造成本低、运行可靠性高的梁式压电俘能器,能分别有效匹配电抗器结构中100 Hz和300 Hz的机械振动频率,并实验验证理论模型。结果表明,干式铁心电抗器最大振动幅值发生在底座槽钢部位,当10 kV干式串联电抗器运行电流在113 A时,底座槽钢处的振动加速度幅值为0.27 m/s2,频率为300 Hz,所设计的压电俘能器原型最大能输出约82μW的电功率,满足温度监测等低功耗传感器的功耗需求。For the requirements of fault monitoring and vibration control,the vibration characteristics of the typical drytype ferro-core reactors are tested and analyzed using non-contact vibration measurement method.A piezoelectric materialbased vibration energy harvesting technique is proposed,and the theoretical maximum harvesting efficiency of the operating reactor equipment is obtained.On this basis,two cantilever piezoelectric energy harvesters,which have simple structure design,low cost of manufacture,as well as high operation reliability,are introduced.They can effectively match the mechanical vibration frequencies of 100 Hz and 300 Hz,respectively.Their theoretical models is also validated through the experimental test.The results show that the maximum vibration amplitude of the dry-type core reactor occurs at the base channel steel.For the condition of 113 A operating current of 10 kV dry-type series core reactor,the vibration acceleration amplitude value is 0.27 m/s2 and the frequency is 300 Hz,the maximum output power of the manufactured piezoelectric energy harvester is about 82μW,which can meet the power consumption requirements of low-power sensors such as temperature monitoring sensors.
