摘 要:针对飞机副翼舱缝隙可能导致舱内结构产生剧烈流致振动的问题,运用ANSYS软件分别建立副翼舱结构、声腔以及声固耦合系统有限元分析模型,进行结构模态分析、空腔声学模态分析和声载荷谐响应分析。基于亥姆霍兹共振理论,建立含缝隙副翼舱内部空腔共振频率与缝隙宽度的关系,结果表明频率变化趋势与ANSYS软件分析结果吻合。声固耦合分析表明,空腔模态频率受缝隙宽度影响明显,当空腔频率与结构频率接近时,两者的耦合系统会出现两个振动模态,副翼舱结构在声载荷作用下出现较大振动响应。研究成果为噪声环境下含缝隙航空薄壁空腔结构的分析和设计提供有效的方法。In view of the problem that the gap in the aircraft aileron compartment may cause severe flow-induced vibration,the finite element analysis models of aileron compartment structure,acoustic cavity and acoustic-structure coupling system are established by means of ANSYS code,and the structural modal analysis,cavity acoustic modal analysis and acoustic load harmonic response analysis are performed respectively.The relationship between resonance frequencies of the aileron compartment and the gap width was established based on Helmholtz resonance theory.The results are basically in agreement with the numerical simulation results obtained with ANSYS in trend.The acoustic-structure coupling analysis show that the modal frequencies are sensitive to the gap width.There are two vibration modes when the natural frequency of cavity is approaching to that of the structure of the coupling-system.The vibration of aileron structure is large under the acoustic load.This study provides an effective method for analysis and design of the thin-walled cavity with gaps in aircraft in noise environment.
