摘 要:首先建立拖拉机驾驶室的结构有限元模型,在驾驶室底部四角处设置力激励计算结构振动响应,并以此作为驾驶室声学模型边界条件,进而获取驾驶员耳旁声压响应。在此基础上,通过分析频响曲线不同共振频率时驾驶室面板对耳旁声压贡献量,发现左右侧板和前挡风板等对耳旁声压正贡献量最高。最后,在正贡献量较大的面板上敷设吸声平板以有效降低耳旁声压。An acoustic finite element model of the tractor cab structure is established,and force excitation is imposed at the four corners of the cab bottom as the boundary condition of the model to calculate the structural vibration responses of the cab.Then,the sound pressure responses near the driver′s ear are obtained.On the basis of vibration and acoustic responses,the contribution of the cab panel to the ear sound pressure at different resonant frequencies is analyzed according to the frequency response curve.It is found that the left and right side panels and the front windshield have the largest positive contribution to the ear sound pressure.Finally,laying a sound-absorbing plate on the panel with large positive contribution can effectively reduce the sound pressure near the driver′s ear.
