摘 要:针对国内桥梁抗震挡块大都因采用混凝土材料且缺乏规范指导而导致脆断成为常见震害,基于蜂窝结构面内压缩耗能的特点并结合“保险丝”理念,设计出一种新型蜂窝芯型抗震挡块。通过有限元软件对蜂窝芯型挡块进行数值模拟分析,结合挡块力-位移曲线图,发现挡块的承载力强,强度曲线清晰。结果表明:与常规混凝土挡块的脆断破坏相比,蜂窝芯型挡块的延性变形能力可以保证主梁位移不会突然加大且能保持足够的刚度;随着位移的增加,蜂窝芯型挡块强度呈现先上升后下降的趋势,耗能能力强;蜂窝芯型挡块的结构形式简单,传力路径明确,震后修复便利,可以在实际工程中推广应用。Brittle fracture is a common earthquake damage since most of the seismic retainers of bridges in China are made of concrete materials without normative guidance.Therefore,a new honeycomb core seismic retainer was designed and proposed based on the characteristics of in-plane compression and energy dissipation of honeycomb structures and the concept of″fuse″.The numerical simulation analysis of the honeycomb core retainer was carried out by means of the finite element software.Based on the force-displacement curve of the retainer,it was found that the retainers have strong bearing capacity and a clear strength curve.The results show that compared with the brittle failure of the conventional concrete retainer,the ductile deformation ability of the honeycomb core retainer can avoid from the sudden increase of the displacement of the main beam and maintain its sufficient stiffness.With the increase of displacement,the strength of the honeycomb core retainer increases first and then decreases later,which shows a strong energy dissipation capacity of the honeycomb core retainer.The honeycomb core retainer has simple structure form,clear force transmission path and can be conveniently repaired after earthquake.It can be popularized and applied in practical engineering projects.
