摘　　要：细胞外基质(extracellular matrix,ECM)形成神经细胞生长的微环境,其重塑对脱髓鞘的损伤组织髓鞘再生有重要意义。多发性硬化症(multiple sclerosis,MS)是一种免疫系统介导的慢性中枢神经系统(central nervous system,CNS)疾病,主要病理特征为脱髓鞘和髓鞘再生失败。MS病灶中形成大量纤粘连蛋白聚集体(fibronectin aggregates,aFn)会抑制髓鞘再生;基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinases,MMPs)、腱生蛋白C(tenascin C,Tn-C)、透明质酸(hyaluronan,Ha)、硫酸软骨素蛋白多糖(chondroitin sulfate proteoglycans,CSPGs)等细胞外基质蛋白均可参与调控髓鞘再生。The extracellular matrix(ECM)forms the microenvironment for nerve cell growth,and its remodeling plays an important role in myelin regeneration of demyelinating damaged tissues.Multiple sclerosis(MS)is a chronic disease of central nervous system(CNS)mediated by the immune system,characterized by demyelination and remyelination failure.After CNS demyelination,extensive remodeling of the extracellular matrix(ECM)results in changes of ECM expression profile in chronic MS lesions.Recent studies have indicated that Fn exists as aggregation in chronic multiple sclerosis lesions,which suppresses the differentiation of oligodendroid progenitor cells(OPCs)and thus impedes remyelination.ECM remodeling is strictly regulated by several proteins and enzymes,such as matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs),Tenonin C(Tn-C),hyaluronan(Ha),chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan(CSPGs),etc.
